Hadzabe & Datoga Ancient Cultural Immersion
"An authentic morning with one of the last true hunter-gatherer tribes on earth."
Per person including community development fund contribution

Field Experience Overview
The Hadzabe people have lived in the Lake Eyasi rift basin for over fifty thousand years, practicing an unbroken hunter-gatherer lifestyle. They build no permanent houses, keep no livestock, and plant no crops; they live entirely off wild game, berries, and wild honey.
We arrive at their temporary branch-and-grass camp before sunrise. You sit beside the morning hearth as men fletch arrows and test wooden bows made from baobab fibre. When the hunters move, you follow at a jogging pace through the thorn bush, witnessing their astonishing tracking speed and intimate knowledge of animal behaviour.
Later in the morning, we cross the valley to visit the pastoralist Datoga, renowned for their intricate copper and brass jewelry and traditional blacksmithing.
